A magnificent day that will be remembered by many for a long time – including myself! It’s been an amazing build-up to this day, which started months ago with a photo session in Johannesburg and a pre-shoot in the Drakensberg mountains the day before the wedding. Everybody was worried about the weather and despite the expected rain the day turned out beautifully – a perfect fit for such a fantastic couple and superb celebrations! A striking colour scheme of orange and silver, the romantically (planned) horse scene and an unforgettable helicopter flight to heaven and back!
But let me start right at the beginning:
For a wedding we most certainly need…
and some of those…
these are good to have as well…
of course… nothing is going to happen without these (aren’t they stunning?)…
A headpiece is maybe rather unusual – but for this wedding and this bride absolutely essential!
A bunch of bright, sparky, happy and entertaining girls
Aaaaand… [drumroll] presenting the stunning, blue-eyed leading lady
You can visit below page to view a collection of images from the wedding!
And no less awesome – just not blue-eyed, but makes up for it with heaps of charm and cheek
Surrounded by a bunch of fantastic (even if Australian) blokes
So then, I think we are all set to do this, right?!!
I am so glad Craig made sure we were able to take some shots at the stables…
As if there hadn’t been enough amazing photo opportunities already… this one was my favourite – for sure!
I think she’s really happy…
On top of the world:
Charlene and Craig “Crailene” as you were baptised to on this day, thank you so very much for having me as part of your day and for being so absolutely faboulus. I wish you heaps and heaps of happy togetherness!
